Resilience and Wellbeing Workshop
This 90-minute session will explore resilience and how we can bring it to life in practical ways. We will look at ‘ordinary magic’, a term coined by researcher Anne Masten who describes resilient people as those who are able to create good outcomes in spite of serious threats to adaptation or development. We will share ideas and strategies together and develop a personal mind-map for resilience. All materials included.

Forest Bathing Walk for Wellbeing
This 2-hour Forest Bathing walk will begin at the Point Lonsdale Playground. After a short introduction, we will wander along the headland track together and stop at various points to talk about the wellbeing effects of nature.
We will be using our many senses to practise a whole-body mindful walking approach that allows us to leave behind any worries and immerse ourselves in our habitat. This experience will involve gentle walking on undulating ground and conclude with Japanese tea and a gluten free treat in a scenic spot.

Gratitude Crafternoon
This is a session to share with a loved one you feel grateful for. It may be a friend, a family member, a child or grandchild, a niece or nephew. Together we will complete a craft activity which will then be given to our crafternoon buddy as a gift.
As we make, we will chat and share what we are grateful for in our lives and our relationships. All materials are included and children that accompany an adult are free. (Booking is still required)

Come and try Pilates every Monday morning 9.30-10.30am with Francesca Dudley. These are 'Open level' classes and beginners are welcome! Group Mat Classes will allow you to experience a whole-of-body, integrated and comprehensive Pilates workout in an easy and accessible way.
