The Wellbeing Power of Music (May 22) Heliotropia Wellbeing facilitator, Lisa Barker will be joined by professional ANAM trained violinist Phoebe Masel, for a music filled workshop about the soothing power of music in an increasingly fragmented and distracted world. Together we will explore how music touches us on a deeply emotional level and creates powerful wellbeing effects. This Japanese tradition is a daily evidence-based way to reduce stress levels, build immunity and enhance our lives. This interactive session will explore the Japanese indigenous wisdom of immersion in nature. Participants will find it both enlightening and highly practical and be inspired to create their own nature connected routines going forward for health and wellbeing.
