Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM. Please note, only current members of QNH will be able to vote and/or nominate for the committee, including executive positions.
If you would like to be a member, or wish to nominate yourself or someone else to be a committee member, please email [email protected] for a nomination form. All nominations must be received 2 working days prior to the AGM.
If you would like to vote at the meeting but are unable to attend, you may give your proxy voting rights to another member or the Chair. All proxies must be sent to [email protected] no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting to be considered.
