According to Nell, light does not exist for the painter as a tool, only colour and pigment. The illusion of light is created with colour. Nell takes a perceived visual field or object and translates it into coloured paint and shapes. The classes are suitable for beginners to advanced artists. Nell is a highly regarded mentor to a number of emerging artists on the Bellarine.
