In the words of George Bernard Shaw, “We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” As our world becomes more complex and stressful, making time for play is absolutely crucial. Play increases our endorphins and is a wonderful way to relieve stress and build vitality. Play improves our brain functioning and memory. Play brings out our creative energy and helps us to connect with others. This workshop will briefly touch on the research and then explore ways in which we can bring play to life into our everyday lives.

Participants will leave with lots of creative ideas and their own Heliotropia gratitude journal.
